Your donation to United Cerebral Palsy of Southeastern Wisconsin is tax deductible. You may donate by cash, money order, personal
or business check, or credit card; or you may make a recurring monthly pledge.
Tax receipts will be provided to you by mail. For in-kind donations of items
or services, please call the Development office at 414-329-4500.

office between 8:30am to 5:00 pm Monday through
Friday.

However, please be aware that email is not a “secure online transaction”
and UCPSEW cannot be responsible for damages resulting from misdirected
email.
MONTHLY PLEDGES: Please provide your credit
card information as above, and the amount and frequency of your recurring
donation (i.e. $100 per month) by mail or email*. If you do not state an ending
date, we will charge your card the same amount each period that you designated
until you notify us in writing to stop. Please allow at least two weeks processing
time for cancellations.
