The Business Advisory
Council (BAC) is made up of local business people that ultimately impact the
employment for persons with disabilities, and provide a bridge for
Employment Services between the world of social services and the corporate
working world. The Council’s ten-year existence is a declaration of its
commitment and dedication to the goal of empowering people with disabilities
through viable employment opportunities. The BAC meets the fourth Tuesday
of the month from 7:30 to 8:30 am.
The mission
of the Business Advisory Council is to increase the participation and
involvement of the southeastern Wisconsin business community in the
successful development of employment opportunities for the participants of
UCP Programs.
Our current BAC members
include local area human resources professionals, hiring managers, training
consultants, manufacturers, and other local business professionals that
provide valuable feedback to our non-profit agency as it relates to hiring
trends, industry, marketing and business.
UCP welcomes your
participation and support to advance the independence of persons with
disabilities.
