Helen Bader Foundation
has awarded UCP’s
Employment Services Department
a multi-year $120,000 grant.
It will fund a project to expand employer insight with regard to
recognizing the benefits experienced by many who include qualified
people with disabilities as part of their workforce. For more

Mission Information
To advance the independence,
productivity and rights of citizenship of individuals with cerebral palsy
and other
disabilities and their families in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Waukesha, Washington,
Racine and Kenosha Counties. We provide assistance though our employment
services, respite care, and independent living programs and community.

of the U.S. population? With your support of UCP, we can ensure that

to live, play and work independently. UCP of Southeastern Wisconsin

Corporate Contribution
UCP of Southeastern Wisconsin
desires to partner with area business in an effort to
broaden our mission. We seek corporate sponsorship aimed at
increasing awareness, demonstrating community responsiveness
and addressing mutually beneficial outcome. UCP is a
progressive non-profit organization aimed at evaluating
employment options at your workplace and demonstrating the
benefits of hiring an individual with a disability. Join our
Business Advisory Council and share insights and strategies
in diversifying the workplace. Contact UCP to explore
options in sponsoring our charitable events, designating UCP
as beneficiary recipient, promoting matches of employee
donation, funding initiatives through foundation support,
appropriating financial support towards unmet needs,
volunteering at community events, and providing visionary
leadership on various committees and our board of directors.

The Employment
Consultant is responsible for the facilitation of job
training of the program participant and development of
supports that will aide in the success of the employment. EOE.

The Employment Specialist
assists program participants in identification of skills,
interests, resources, employment options, implementation of
a job development plan and job placement in a competitive
market, developing and maintaining relationships with
employers.

awareness, educate and inspire."
The host is Monica Moshenko, the
mother of 13-year-old with
autism, and shows have included
interviews with authors,
therapists, people with
disabilities, and providers of
disability-related services. If
