Cash or Check donations can be sent to the UCP of Southeastern WI office at 7519 W. Oklahoma Avenue, Milwaukee 53219.

Credit card donations can be mailed or called in to the Development office at 414-329-4500. Or, give online by clicking on the Donate Now! button to access our completely secure online giving site hosted by GuideStar USA/JustGive.

Contributions to UCP-SEW can be made through the United Way Donor Choice (including combined appeals and workplace giving campaigns) and Community Health Charities of Wisconsin appeals by designating all or part of your donation to United Cerebral Palsy of Southeastern Wisconsin (UCP-SEW) on your pledge/donation form.

United Cerebral Palsy of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations to UCP-SEW are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. All donations are acknowledged in a timely manner.

Any gift to United Cerebral Palsy of Southeastern Wisconsin may be made in honor or in memory of a loved one. Please supply us with the name of person you wish to honor/memorialize and the name and address of the person(s) you want notified of your gift.

You can also designate your gift for a specific program or purpose; just inform us of your wishes when you make your donation. Or, let us use your donation where the need is greatest.

Any donation, regardless of the amount, is important to UCP of Southeastern Wisconsin because with it you empower UCP to do more and to help more children and adults with disabilities live life without limits.
