UCP-SEW completed background checks on all the individuals listed.  The respite providers listed are Independent Contractors, meaning the families will interview and select their own respite providers.  They are not employees of UCP-SEW.  We do not endorse, rate, recommend or evaluate providers, therefore UCP-SEW does not warrant nor guarantee the quality of the providers listed.  UCP believes that families are in the best position to evaluate and choose the appropriate respite provider to meet their needs.

Respite families assume all risk when using the providers listed including, but not limited to, all of the risks associated with any online or in person interactions with the individuals listed as potential respite providers.
