The United Cerebral Palsy of Southeastern Wisconsin’s Charlie Kapp Resource Center provides information and referral services addressing the lifelong needs of families affected by cerebral palsy and other disabilities by providing information, support and assistance to families and adults through the following activities:

Information & Referral - links families and professionals with community resources.

Information Center – provides information about cerebral palsy and other disabilities

Family Support – provides information about Parent to Parent Connections, quarterly trainings and social activities for children with disabilities and their families
